there are 2 versions of the story,one is that he didnt drowned and lived in the woods as a hermit and the other based on jason goes to hell that jason was revived by his mom with the book of the dead(Evil Dead ).but i prefer the 1st choice,then when he lived in the wood he became a bulkier person,strong and resistant(machete on the shoulder,axe on the head)till he died in part 4 with a machete on the side of the head and multiples hits from the machete,then in part 6 he came back as a zombie.

Jason will always be the top killer that we love. Freddy kills in some creepy ways too but its masked by his humor which is what makes him one of the greats.
