Seppuku a.k.a hara kiri. Typically involves a katana, tanto, or in some cases an edged fan. Not too sure about the differences, though I think Seppuku involves immediate disembowlment of the head after slashing the belly through means of an accomplice to assist, although the head must remain only slightly intact, for it is dishonerable to have your head rolling about on the floor.

For those that don't know, Harakiri is a highly respected way of death, and is very honorable.
