Tbh i think that "ret pally" was going for a Shockadin build but for some reason he didnt realize that to be a shockadin you need HOLY SHOCK. Lol regardless, this just shows how OP ret pallys are now and i love it :)

I've actually found that for pvp, Holy pally or resto shammy are awesome. you just have to be patient, stack heals on yourself, get your mana regen high. You'll kill shit really well, and always pwn

This video is outdated, Paladins since then have gotten some hotfixed nerfs. Like Divine Storm is no longer Holy Damage, it's physical damage now. Judgements and Seals are doing a whole lot less damage. Despite the nerfs, Retribution is still a fun spec to play. To all the haters, eff off. A Retribution Paladin should just be as deadly as a Warrior or any class. Don't give me the plate, bubble, heals excuse, it just shows you don't know a thing about Paladins.

Really? right now I'm starting to feel weaker at level 76 on my ret paladin. A 78 Feral druid jumped me yesterday, I wear 4/5 brut with Champion of Anguish Axe. I wasn't paying attention for 4 secs because I was messaging a friend. In that period of 4 secs, I was down to 20% hp, then he ferocious bit me for 6,200. Me? a plate wearer being ferocious bit for 6,200? Tell me any move in a Paladins arsenal that can even exceed 4k.

nope it's perfectly true. A fully geared ret pally (or almost geared) can take on about 3 or more enemies without dying. They can take down 1 player easily without loosing any health or mana.

Retribution has changed greatly since; I had 2000 DPS at 70, and now at 79 I have 1200, which is very close to every other DPS class'.

While in Bubble he just sat there and let his Warrior take it.

He didn't even fully Healed himself.

He started casting when the Warrior was at <35% HP (Too late, Hammer of Wrath becomes available and he can Execute in a sense).

Hitting 2x with white happens when you swing and use a Special at the same time. This puts priority on the Special and displays only the Special.

On your next swing, you see the previous white and then the new white.
