I have video of my dad's first flight at Ft.Stewart! He was there before heading to Vietnam as a Mohawk pilot in 69. He loved the flight instructor at Ft.Stewart, I have pics of him, too.
Thanks for the memories...graduated with last class to complete the entire course in the L-19 birdog....finished in early 1967 in route to VN. Was Nonstop 34 out of Phu Loi...Had the opportunity to try everything we learned in flight school plus some...Thanks for the memories and the photo documentation of what our flight training was like...Will Cherish this one
Graduated in the last class of student pilots to learn PRIMARY FLIGHT TRAINING in L-19 Birdog. We finished in early 1967 then all deployed to VN. I flew with the NONSTOPS. This video really brought back a lot of enjoyable memories...very good photography...wish it could be lighten in contrast in some areas....still great work
Sure brings back memories. Graduated August 70 and flew with the Headhunters in VN. If you ever come to Huntsville, look me up at 3M5. Have a very nice O1-E
"Mlineber" is my brother, and he speaks the truth, our father was there and it is really nice to see some images of what he saw. Thanks so much for posting this, and thanks to all the brave men and women who serve in our military.

I think the guy in the video was in my class at Stewart. I believe his name is Cpt Webster. Does anyone know the pilot"s name that is in the video?
