  • @sirsig.. Katuwa ka!

  • Sarap!

  • what is LENGUA???

    i never heard about it.

  • @JasonEver960117 It's cow tongue

  • @JasonEver960117 - Its ox tongue

  • @JasonEver960117 I looked it up it means Tongue in french...this recipe looks yummy, but after that that just ruined it for me

  • how long pinakuluan ang tounge?

  • Too much time spent naming the ingredients in the beginning.

  • Thanks for the recipe! favorite q to!

BTW, ok lang po bang beef kenchi ang gamitin instead of ox tongue?

    thanks! =)

  • wtf language are u speaking :D

  • That looks delicious. I've been itching to try some beef tongue. Almost afraid gonna be disappointed over the fact took so long to try it. Every time I see someone eating it, they chow down on it, I bet it's fantastic. Glad you posted this video because can really tell you very familiar with the dish. Seeing it done by someone that knows what they doing makes it look that much more appealing. Once again, Great vid & thanks.

  • love it!

  • Can I use heavy cream coz I don't have condensed cream of mushroom

  • Hi! FYI.I have a catering business for 5 yrs na .I'm also working at albergus catering for 10 yrs.before I started my own catering.Lengua estofado is a Beef or Ox tongue parin ginagamit ..Caterer never use beef meet if ang name ng food is lengua estofado..

  • pwede rin ba lagyan ng all purpose cream ito ?

  • @MizzJ3N :you can use beef sirloin or shank if you want......pero hindi n lengua tawag dun kasi lengua means tongue......But most of the caterers beef meat ang ginagamit nila hindi tongue, and still they call it lengua estofado

  • i love this recipe.............hmmm

  • hi, can someone tell me what "lengua" is please? sorry if its a stupid question, im from ireland we might call it something else here. thanks xx

  • @louwalsh7 lengua means tongue, the one used in video is an ox tongue

  • thanks for positng this fave ko kasi lengua estofado ;D

  • i mean"sasama"

  • pag ba pineel yong balat ng lengua sasa sya ng tuloy tuloy?! di ba sya mahirpa taggalan ng skin or pwede ng wag na lang tanggalin?

  • A useful tip: After I boil the lengua, I freeze it until the outer part of it is stiff (not hard rock frozen), then cut it with a sharp knife. That way it's easier to slice and your cuts are more even.

  • I LOOOOVVVVEEE this dish but I'm scared to do the "palambot ng lengua" part.

  • lengua means tongue?

  • @bamhammer yes.

  • kudos

  • yum!

  • oh nice! thank you
