From what i'm seeing here, this is not translated by a fansub, its been translated badly from china and its a DVD version of VJ i have the DVD and its exactly the same as this. (got it from ebay, cheap price too)

That is correct. But even a badly done sub is better than the butchered dub IMHO. Or nothing at all, which is what we get for the second season. I just wish that they would release episodes 41-52. Haven't been able to find those anywhere.
