@budgiewarior I made them with Source SDK (Comes with Portal) and I edited my voice in Melodyne to make GLaDOS say the words.

It's with a tool called "Source SDK", or "Software Development Kit" - I did a few steps to import custom textures on "Hammer editor" - a tool in source SDK.
