Why was it that every time I saw the epilogue after completing a career, it brought tears to my eyes without fail? It didn't matter how many times I'd completed the game either...

@HarlemHyena The one thing I didn't like about the newer ridge racer sreries games is that there is no sense of urgency to get through the checkpoints. the older ridge racers always had a checkpoint timer.

Man I just bought this game 2 months ago in a pawn shop for $4 and play it on my PC via emulator. It may not look great but gameplay is arcade style which i love. Very fun game.
