@unpicked1 when a spaceship reenters the atmosphere it does not use its engines as the velocity of the spaceship is so fast they are not needed they even have trouble slowing it down hence why when on landing they use a parachute to slow it down :)

@CharlieLovesYouFilms This is not a NASA space shuttle. It's my space ship. It does use it's jet engines when it enters the atmosphere. It is designed to take off from land without the aid of huge rockets, but with it's jet engines.

Symmetry, I always use Edit Poly and Symmetry at the same time. I'm not even an avarange user of 3DsMax, so I don't use other tools that much... More like for testing only :)

He is probably using camtasia, or fraps. If you use cam studio then the video becomes too pixelated, but still it can do a good job

I tried subdivision but its too smooth an round,, should i just smooth the polygons?

No, what you need is probably just some more edge rings. If you want an edge to stay sharp, you need another edge loop, or ring to hold it's shape.

When you convert to a subD, all it does is smooth between 2 edges, so adding edges reduces the amount it smoothes the object.

Thanks. Well, In vertices mode, you can select a single point, and move it. After I selected the faces, I went Polygons, Edit Mesh, Extrude Face. Then you can add more detail to the model. I have a video on Unpicked2, where I model something at regular speed, if you want to watch it.
