BAMC was a great place to be, it really shows some one in there, that the Army is dangerous but rewarding. I was at BAMC almost every day for 7 months when my cousin got hurt in Iraq. its a really cool place to be.
I was at the old bamc and also on the Nbamc transitional team from 1997 until the day it opened. It took more people and more effort behind the scences than most people will ever know.
This is what the president also said at Brooke: "As you can possibly see, I have an injury myself -- not here at the hospital, but in combat with a Cedar. I eventually won. The Cedar gave me a little scratch. As a matter of fact, the Colonel asked if I needed first aid when she first saw me. I was able to avoid any major surgical operations here, but thanks for your compassion, Colonel."
I agree with you as well. I think that George W. Bush has done a really great job as President of the United States. I had voted for him in the 2000 and 2004 elections and since he entered the White House, there has not been a terrorist attack on this country since September 11, 2001. I'm grateful to him for defending this country. He doesn't deserve to be constantly criticized by the press or members of Congress. They don't know what it takes to be President. Thanks for posting this.
Outstanding! Why won't the media allow the American people to see and understand what a great and compasionate President this man truly is....If you listen only to the Letterman/Leno cruel crowds you would never know how articulate and caring President Bush trully is.....I'm proud to be American...proud to have this man as Commander and Chief. The media should be ashamed of the absence of positive footage of President Bush.....thanks for this great video. Kiva L. Hoy, Sherman Oaks, Calif.
That's because the media, along with 85% of the American citizenry, know that Bush is just putting on an act. Actions speak louder than words, he's enacting laws destroying our constitutional rights, using scare tactics on the whole populace, so he can obtain more power, and cloaking it in patriotism to protect himself. I have 5 friends serving in Iraq and all are patriotic but hate bush. How many times does bush have to be caught lying before you finally wake up??
@logicalmadness1 well he may lie and put this country thru shit, and im a soilder here at bamc and when he was president he would come twice a year and take us wounded soilders out hunting at his ranch and give us a good time so yeah he fucked up shit but at least he cared for his soilders and stayed close to us wounded soilders and our familys obama has come here(bamc) yet plus i can say i drank a beer with bush but he drank a soda lol

President Bush, thank you so much. And to those that are ignorant or merely misguided, just stop already - it's becoming embarassing, for you.
