The burnt guy at 2:16 and 3:54 is the main villain his name is Zorin Lazarevic and why he is burnt is because he was bombed and everyone thought he was dead but what I think happened is he saw the bomb he maybe was in a car so he jump out and from the explosion maybe burnt a half of his face that is showed when he threatened Nathan and the gang.

The new character, the british cockney guy is a new character named Harry Flynn, he's a friend of Drake's. Hopefully he'll be playable in multiplayer and co-op. Really loving the look of him.
