  • andf of that 90% how many of them trained on american soil? riding a bike is ridding a bike once you know it you got it

Yeah american sprinters have had a real bad showing for the past couple or years it just time for a new CLEAN bread.

But nothing against jamaica they have some very good rpinters lets just not loose focus on THE MOST DOMINANT SPRINTING COUNTRY EVER. HOW MANY PAST RECORDS HAVE BEEN HELD BY AMERICANS? BLACK AMERICAN AT THAT?

  • This Is Oslo, Norway. Not Olso.

  • yall are crazy how many jamiacan born sprinters train in jamaica. most of them get their training here in united states colleges!! stop the madness bolt didnt change the world!

  • yes thats true there are many jamaican sprinters who are training in america. but the reality of it is the percentage is higher here in jamaica cause majority of them are staying home now.. the percentage as truly dropped..

  • What are you talking about? 90% of our medalists live and train in Jamaica. And quite frankly, the ones that train at home are doing much better than the ones that train in the US.

  • Richards should be ashamed of herself. She is a Jamaican winning medals for the US. For shame.

  • I agree with you 100%. Also another one who should be ashamed is Jermaine Mason who left Jamaica to compete for the UK.

  • You are so right. Germaine is probably worse than richards because he still trains with Asafa Powell in Jamaica. They should both be ashamed. Both are sellouts.

  • she can run for US all she wants cause she still going to get her ass beaten so who cares look at beijing..

  • She shouldn't be ashamed of anything. People have been coming to the US from all over the world for MANY years now, because they believe they can have better opportunities. Thats how America was "built" in the first place, by people coming over from somewhere else. She became a US citizen (quite some time ago now) and is obviously is running with pride, not shame.

  • Get your facts straight. Our sprinters were not picking up and going to the US and knocking on your door. Your US coaches and recruiters keep going to Jamaica to get the best sprinters. Grow your own talent and stop pillaging a third world country to get you to the top.

  • Right.and i'm sure the coaches and recruiters force them to go to the US.WRONG..They, along with their family make the decision to go. Why? Because they know Amercia offers a lot of opportunites beyond just track and field, sometimes they go in search of a better education. But whatever the case may be, people have a right to live wherever they want to.If Sanya and her family felt the US was the right place for them, than that's their family's business. She has nothing to be ashamed of.

  • As stated before, grow and produce your own talent and stop pillaging other countries so that you can get a good medal count.

  • ok...nobody forces anyone to come, nobody forces anyone to become a US citizen and put on a USA jersey. People make their own decisions. If somebody wants to go move to china and become a Chinese citizen and claim them.who am i or anyone to tell them its wrong? But whatever this is pointless, you'll just keep saying the same thing. Either way I don't think Sanya or any other athlete cares if ppl dont agree w/ where they are. Theyre doing what they love, while you sit on a comp and criticize them

  • obviously she is happy. And who knows..she maybe would have never met her fiancee, soon to be husband, Aaron Ross if she didn't come to the US
