I do believe you; the lady right next to my little girl was asking and asking, too. My daughter got one, and she didn't, and my daughter said she felt bad. But my little girl is 8, and I noticed that Sarah tried to get alot of the kids. I know you are disappointed! I am just saying that imagine you are one person, and have 7,000 people at one time wanting something from you . . . it would be hard for me. Just my thoughts.
