Isnt US about the only country in the free world without public healthcare? two things you cant trust private companies with: Healthcare(you want ppl to get well?) and prisons(you want ppl to not come back?) We charge too much but as someone who has used the system in Australia, middle east and France I can say it is is more modern and cleaner and generally more advanced. We do control more of the medicines, demanding we see a doctor to get the right to used some of the meds to save the cost of the visit. One thing, we are afraid of being sued...another thing

I see chage happening. The way its going its gonna be more like the UK were socialism isn't a particularly bad word its viewed as helping people.
