@keptyeti nope but always inspect meat iv never encountered a squirrel with worms if they did have them it was in the digestive track not in the meat

@Mrbdgunman, first seasoning is season salt and he put way too much in it in my opinion. It's his recipe and he can do as he likes. Personally I want to taste squirrel, it good meat!

Hey T-mac,try marinating the pieces in some Louisiana hot sauce before coating them with flour and put some chili powder in the flour,makes some squirreley hot wings,sort of.

i cut the meat off the legs and cut them into little nugget size pieces haha,and then soak them in milk in the fridge for 2 days and then cook them in a skillet with teriyaki sauce that is thinned down with some water..it is really good i think..tastes like teriyaki chicken..you need about 3 squirrels per person..probly 4 squirrels per person...i just freeze the meat in freezer bags with water in them and cook them when i get enough.. i killed 42 squirrels this year..haha, plus or minus a few

Seems our spice racks have the same things in it.. All around seasonings for all game. Looked good, I like to fry up at least one batch a year. The rest I do differently, I may have to do a lil video to explain it.
