when hbo 1st came on the air in the 70's they would show short films between movies.this was 1 of them.thanx haven't seen it in like 30 years!

Oh, that is a classic! I think I remember watching that in grade school.

This was on PBS when I was a kid & was in my maritime video library (1986). I'd call the video librarian from class, when our teacher was out or late(impersonating the instructor). I'd say, "I need to see video #??m please" & they would play it. Everyone on the base could see it if they watched the school's own video channel. The people loading the videos I GUESS never watched the videos as they were playing so we never were denied our chance to laugh at "Vicious Cycles". Ahh Memories! LOL!
