Amazing hand or a macro, I don't think it's a macro though. He's on the outer limit of gun turning. I don't think it's perfectly smooth, in my eyes it doesn't look that way.

He could easily do it without running off my quite small mousepad.. It's pretty fucked up settings, I don't get how he manage. But it's definetly doable. How he manages to hit though amazes me. I couldn't see shit.
