Sorry I missed your comment before. To do it you put the camera into video mode (switch on the top) then you press the erm...Menu button (I think) and there is an option somewhere. Probably would help if I had the camera infront of me.

Thanks :) I used Windows Movie Maker too, all I did was save it as "Video for local playback (2.1mbs)" - I think the problem may be that the more detail and movement in the video the worse it can look when compresses :(

It just stays on in timelapse mode. The lens retracts into the camera, which is a little odd...but it keeps going.
