I didn't need to do research. This event has been well advertized. Neil himself has been on TV shows announcing the list of performers. The place was packed. Some of the attendees gave cell phone reports directly from the venue, and they were posted on message boards. Very classy event.

It was October 26, 2007, at Avery Fisher Hall in Lincoln Center in New York. It was a tribute to Neil Sedaka called "50 Years of Hits." Other performers included Connie Francis, the Captain and Tenille, Dion, Natalie Cole, Lou Christie, and Paul Shaffer. David Foster helped host. Clay blew the roof off the place with his wonderful performance. Love you, Clay!!
