The ONLY way to bring jobs back to America is to lower the minimum wage to $2/hr.
This is the only way we can compete with China. Paul Ryan and my fellow republicans need to act on this now. Employers also should not have to carry the burdern of paying for health care either. Go get em Paul!
I was "offered" a early retirement in July. However, I'm too young to get a pension check. Therefore, I get nothing! People that took the same deal in September got help with COBRA and unemployment benefits, that keeps getting extended. I feel that I got used! I have had to use my savings to live ..... It was either take the package or get lost .... I guess I got lost anyway ! People taking extended benefits are not even looking for jobs; screw you ! Enjoy your fishing trips !

Bunning is a millionaire who will never know what it is like to be poor. He just doesn't CARE. Unemployment is a miniscule part of the budget. The U.S. spends much more to fund two pointless and futile wars than the extension will cost. Of course, repubs are heavily invested in the industries that profit from war.
You didn't care about us that you let go! Even though you say it goes right back to the community. You'll have to build prisons for the people that can't afford child support, houses will be lost violence will skyrocket!!
The mental sanity of the 77-year-old Bunning has been a source of debate since 2004, when he accused his Italian-American Democratic challenger -- a surgeon who'd made his name treating some of his state's poorest citizens -- of looking like "one of Saddam Hussein's sons." During the same campaign Bunning also made bizarre demands, requiring that the one debate he would allow not be carried live. Then eventually refusing to debate altogether.

I don't totally object to the small business owners getting a tax break, because it helps the current employed people stay employed. But I don't believe that business owners are going to jump to hire people because of this tax break if there is no need for extra help. This still leaves millions of people nationwide without income to pay back the banks, and utility companies. People who were layed off didn't ask to be unemployed.
