  • @muzakkir3005 dude, only if your a spastic will you be out of proportion... do weights, but just make sure that whatever you do on your left side, you do on the right side. don't do like 30 curls on your left arm and then like 20 on your right, that will make you "out of proportion"

  • I used to do situps but think they are bad for the lower back so I switched to using the lifeline usa power wheel. I do slow and controlled movements taking care to use my core.

  • Many people think that doing endless numbers of sit up will turn a beer belly into a six pack. Ab exercises build the six pack, cardio and correct diet plan gets rid of stomach fat.

  • However instead of cardio it is better to do Hiit training or tabata training since they will make you burn calories even after you have finished workout.

  • @Tyler77894 You want the secret for no fat ? ENDURANCE. Run 10km each day at low speed, but don't stop running even if you're tired. You can drink but only while you run. Trust me, you'll have no fat in a few months. AND NEVER run on the concrete ( run in the wood it's better ), or you'll kill your knees.

These people are really good at helping bodybuilders as well as people who are really into fitness. If you are wondering how to get a six pack; the only way to get visible abs is do decrease body fat percentage. The forums are also a great place to figure out what you should be eating to achieve your goals.

  • @lologan11 Well you can , but it doesn't mean it will be beneficial. The type of push you should do depends on what you want to work. Wide stance puts emphasis on back, whereas shoulder width apart ( regular ) and triangles work you chest and triceps. As for plank use it to strengthen your core muscles. While doing both keep you back straight as a board, NO SLOUCHING! And keep you core engaged.

  • @salmane123 Sauna belts do not work, there is no such thing as spot fat removal. take his advice and stick to full body exercises if you'l like to tone your stomach. Dont waste your money on the belt, spend it on nutrion because it can sometime get expensive depending on what your goals are.

  • Hey, What kind of cardio do you do? Like do you jog or sports? I play alot of football and go jogging every couple of days but still dont see any results. I do crunches and that but my abdominal sectional is still lacking.

  • @Reece12451 You should really be doing cardio everyday, if you aren't. Also, you're diet may be poor, which will stop you from getting nice abs/muscles.

  • Beaners: One of my clients loves to show off with this leg lift, he swears by them; just depends on your body and what "fits." I could never start off people with this kind of move, (lol). ;)

  • A high reason for headaches midway through or after a workout is poor hydration, alot of the time u won't feel dehydrated but u can feel your pulse very strong especially in the upper region of your body. Usually with some lightheadedness or dizziness then a really bad pulsing headache. You lose alot of water even with light cardio and it's hard on your body. Stay hydrated man and keep up with the v's and minerals u lose during workouts.

  • @jayrhian09 Avoid trans fats, keep a higher HDL and keep a low LDL. There's alot to it, but it's usually just over-thinking. Basically you just want to keep calories in mind. You burn fat and lose weight when you burn off more calories than you take in during a day. 5-6 small meals as opposed to 3 large ones.

    That is fairly poorly reported. Most young black men are athletes. They play football or basketball. The obesity in black people are men over 30-40's and women after they have their first baby. Men work out, women don't.

  • practise. just set urself a goal. do 20 pushups everyday for a week, and then the next week aim for 22 everyday, work ur way up slowly.

  • @haterz91 -- What's happening is that he's developing the muscle BEHIND the fat at the same time as he's ditching the fat. When the fat goes away, what's left is what you see here IF you were exercising hard and not just going on a lo-cal diet to ditch the pounds.

  • if you are normal size but with a little fatty stomach, I recommend that you eat lots of rice and chicken and grønnsaker.og stay away from candy and other unhealthy things, and eat a good meal everyday

  • well a moderate amount of rice is gd 4 u, rice is carbohydrates so ofcourse if u eat 2 much u will gain weight, brown rice is healthier than white also.

  • @OleVictor Eat helthy food, don't eat too much fast food, or food you just have to warm up in ur oven and then it is finished, the best food you can eat is the food you make from bottom by yourself. Eat also a lot of meat, fruits (5 a day is good, like apples, bananas, pears etc) and a lot of vegetables at least 3 different sorts a day, this is the optimal you can do ;)

  • @OleVictor Well I would say to get a six pack you'll have to eat lots of food rich in protein and fibre. Avoid junk food, sugar and any fried food. Eat more fruits and vegetables and good fats such as avocado, olive oil and raw nuts. Drink lots of water and workout to failure and get rid of the fat by doing moderate cardio (HIIT) for 20min to 30min. Hope that helps.

  • @unrewritable Just want to add on to what you were saying. The cardio bit should be done after using the weights, it's the most beneficial. Swimming is your best bet for cardio.

  • chill son, nobody is binging me anywhere. this is MY youtube page for my products. i work (out side of the gym) 14 hours a day! but i workout for only one hour a day, its not a full time job. EVERYBODY has at least one hour a day they can devote to health and fitness because you body is more important that anything. you may have to sacrifice some television but thats a small price to pay for your health. but thank for the complement
