  • @splarrrrk

    true dat

  • This song helps me breathe. Enough said. Failure is amazing.

  • Pure 90's sound... Absolutely magical. I haven't been entranced by a song in a long time, but this did it. Like, fuck!

  • failure kicks ass

  • This is far from a failure. Awesome stuff. One of the best records. Cheers!

  • I wish this song went on forever and that I could live within it. And that the last bit went on for longer. I've never been in love with a song like I am with this one.

  • This is fucking amazing

  • She can't be far

    I'll sail alone...

  • to be honest I love the playlist version and this one, both sound great.

  • check the one I'm talking about on playlist.com

  • What edition is this? because I heard this played at a faster tympo without as much strings and without the vocals being streched.

  • @Killer30deathking There have been covers of this by a few bands. This is the original and at the original "tympo".

  • oh jesus i just understood the beginning of this song. no fucking kidding, it was inspired by fantastic planet..

  • if you don't like this, there is something wrong with you. This is soooo awesome.

  • epic doesn't begin to describe this song

  • @easyeman77 right - epic is an understatement.

  • But no, seriously, this song brings tears to my eyes. #1 best song by Failure in my honest opinion.

  • @F0wlPlay Glad to hear that I haven't been the only one to shed a tear listening to this..

  • @MrFamulaw I heard this song for the first time just a week ago and I was trying my hardest not to start tearing up :P Heavy song

  • @stevensmodrnlife That's cool. Try listening to the entire album. Words can't adequately describe it. It's just one of those things that came together perfectly and probably won't happen again for a long time.

  • If dreams could have a soundtrack...

  • I can't listen to Failure without thinking of shooting heroin on the moon until I collapse.

  • I'm responsible for at least 25,000 of these plays

  • @SwimInk please do yourself a favor and buy a good quality version and fully appreciate the production talents of these guys.

Youtube is a sad place to be listening to music for more than an audition.

  • FAILURE IS THE BEST BAND EVER. PERIOD.

  • My sister walked down the isle to this song. It was so fitting for a wedding day.

  • whoever disliked this song should bend over and take that rocket up the ass.

  • whoever dislike this song failed to press the like button and should kill themselves

  • Probably my favorite song off of this album

  • The drone guitar after "It's okay to be lonely" is tear-inducing. It's simply amazing.

  • SHE'LL ALWAYS BE WHAT I CAN'T FIND

SHE'LL ALWAYS BE WHERE I BREAK DOWN

SHE'LL ALWAYS HIDE BEHIND A STAR

I'LL ALWAYS DREAM SHE CAN'T BE FAR

  • I always feel like I'm in space every time I hear the beginning of this song.

  • Dude yes sooo smooth/chill.

  • Most underated song of all time!

  • this band is so overlooked while everyone was ranting about nirvana these guys produced three excellent albums that few people remember

  • @KantorekBaumerB14 yeah, but nirvana is better still :P

  • @betterbutterstutter Nirvana has a lot of good songs, where as Failure has 3 or 4 amazing songs. Whish is more better, not sure.

  • @Backwatermuslim true true, i guess if you think of it that way it evens the odds. oh and this song really has a deftones kind of feel to it even though Failure was out first.

  • words cant describe how this song makes me feel

  • This is one of the grunge era greats I still haven't obtained or is not easy to find on CD.

  • Greg Edwards wrote the lyrics to this song after seeing a news story about a space walk to repair a satellite or something that went wrong. True story!

  • Wow... I just saw the movie from the 70's Fantastic Planet and (you can find the movie on youtube) there was a sound of a sort of trafficlight thing, and it just makes exactly the same sounds with the same pitch as the intro of this song. Awesome!

  • @mdognirvana

I just watched it too, when i heard the same combination of tones, I had a similar feeling you get when you see someone you know driving in a car in a busy intersection... Beautiful.

  • Gotta love them.

  • We should repost videos every time someone pushes dislike and flood the net. xD

  • love this song forever <33

  • youtube users will argue about anything.

  • @Markduderino

    Indeed.

  • "And I won't let her down/My soul is celestial bound"

FUCK ME. That line makes me cry every single time.

  • listening to the first minute of this song brought me to buy their CD :D

  • REPLAY -----> 0:00

    thumbs up.

  • @splintersnake47 Nah, don't think I'll give you a thumbs up, your just to lazy to drag the ball thingy back to the start...

  • @THErealJEBUSdude douche, thumbs down.

  • @splintersnake47 Alright, seems your another lazy cunt as well.

  • @THErealJEBUSdude seems like your a fucking douche, douche

  • @splintersnake47 Wow, do you have a fetish for douche or something?

  • @THErealJEBUSdude heres an idea, lick my sack.

  • @splintersnake47 Lol, you testicles are probably the size of peanuts, you prepubescent little fuck.

  • @THErealJEBUSdude they fit perfectly into your fat mouth, so they must be big

  • @splintersnake47 Lol, you really are retarded aren't you, and have a shit taste in music... Fuck responding to you anymore.

  • @THErealJEBUSdude i have a shit taste in music because im on failure putting a replay button? you, clearly are the retarded one, have fun in grade 9 tomorrow morning.

  • I could die to this song. I feel like drifting through space listening to it. If only space rock would be a more dominant force instead the indie rick clones that drive me fucking nuts.

  • Failure<3

  • Who killed Grunge?

  • The first time I ever saw or heard of Failure was when they opened for TOOL in 1994 during their Undertow tour. It was the first small show I had ever been to and it it was a religous experience. It is the best show I have ever seen and or will most likely ever see. TOOL was amazing and Failure was a perfect opener. It was a religous experience.

  • it's the firts time i heard this band buy mistake... it's incredible this album, when i search about failure i notice it was a 90's rock band.. 90's!!!! it's amazing how the world change and produce shitting things, what happen to us.. what happen to the real alternative music?? can somebody tell me

  • id have to agree with the majority here: A) This song is absolutely EXCELLENT for getting through tougher times. B) Reminds me of the great hey day of the 90's when experimentation and unique production were so key. God I miss that.

  • I totally agree with the statement "I kinda like that this band never really made it big"

  • @corissimo tru 'cause sometimes fame gets to ppls heads

  • This is some fine stuff. Only recently discovered this band. Quality. I miss music like this...

  • Love the atmosphere of this song. This song is what got me into Failure. Totally ahead of their time!

  • @zapz0rd not even close to ahead of their time, but it is great, check out flying saucer attack, they did the same type thing for a whole album in '94

  • this song takes me back to middle school. =/

  • same here. good times.

  • This is a song i can listen to over and over and over and still never get tired of it.

  • @Aggatedta me too!!!!!! =D

  • @Aggatedta

i get pissed off because failure will never get the fame they deserve

  • @Aggatedta love it, feels better than the new stuff on the radio

  • I has the misfortune of finding out of failure when Hopesfall broke up....but theres an up and coming band from my hometown of jacksonville FL that sounds like a new version of space rock called "BEING-The Mind of Solaris" check them out. If you like Failure, Hum, Ocean Size, Hopesfall..you will DEFINETLY dig these guys!!!!!

  • Damn I miss this band, this era. Most bands now a days that do make it big, are utter garbage.

  • right on. they were too real for the masses. the lowest points in life can be endured with their music.

  • you pretty much summed them up with that statement. they definetly get me through some dark times back in the day...

  • such an amazing song. Id love to have see them make it big, but at the same time im glad they still just have a cult following! its like theyre still 'my' band hehe

  • I wish this band had made it big.

  • one of my favorites from them...

  • Well I've listened to Fantastic Planet and Magnified and I have to say that those were some of the best albums I've listened to in a LONG time. Failure has become one of my all time favorite bands. Now the hard part is just trying to find these guys. I believe they are on Itunes but I prefer the actual cd because I'm weird like that...so anyone have suggestions? Also how did any of the slightest recognition elude failure? I mean if it wasn't for APC I would never have discovered them.

  • Mass recognition eluded Failure because right as they were on the verge of semi-stardom, the band imploded due to drug problems. Check out their documentary GOLDEN; watch it with the commentary on, as the video without the commentary is quite dull....it's amazing a band this good never got a fraction of the recognition they deserved. That's the music biz for you!

  • I kinda like that this band never really made it big. It's makes it mean so much more to me...

  • check out a band called floater, they have never signed any big record deals and they stay in Oregon, they are SOOO good. Seriously, check out a song called DEAD or God-Gun.

  • lol it really is a gray line isn't? It's like, "No this band is mine." When other people say they like it.

When Hum came out with that vedio for "Stars" I was so bumed out at first lol.

    Space Rock ftw!

  • @Inutero98541 imagine if failure was a success. IRONY.

  • that's weird... ..I don't remember ever posting this, but I'm sure i meant it in a good way. I love this song.

  • i agree with you man...this song is fucking crazy in a great way!!!

  • sorry dude. I thought the person meant crazy like awesome.

  • i no! i LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks for the music, I love this song =)

  • frickin awesome I've been looking for this forever

  • im so addicted cant stop listening to them NIRVANA ,FAILURE best bands ever

  • one of my favorite songs of all time.

  • i no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Best song on the album, imo. <333
