@BloodCr0ss thats the text that a computer reads i'm not a genius and i know i can't spell but yea thats basicly the computers language its what tells the computer how to display everything... if you have trouble finding a certain section go to the top and click edit, then click find.. and type what your looking for its normal to be like this just try not to change anything besides whats described in the video... otherwise the whole code will be jacked up.

its probably something with your browser because it works fine with me.. did you check your compatability mode button up by the refresh button? sometimes that works... if that doesn't work try a different web browser like fire fox or something. if still no success i'm sorry i can't help from there i'm out of ideas.

well i believe its in my discription somewere on that little bug you need a program called Style XP or something like that.. i havn't figured it out myself "you don't have to have it running.. just installed or something... but yea i havn't figured out why but without it windows only recognizes custom themes as the classic theme but with that program it works.

And when you/ if you create a nLite'd Windows XP there is a "Disabled Windows Digitaly Signed Themes" Or something. Check that and continue

did you read the part of the directions that says use style xp? if not then theres your problem... sorry if rude about it but other then that i coudlnt' tell ya why its not working... it could be another program or something blocking it from changing... or even a virus if it still wont change.. other then that i have no idea what else it could be

When I copy the original bmp into photoshop, save it as a bmp, and replace the original with the new bmp, it causes the theme to crash. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

you mean crash as in your computer shuts down or something... or it just doesn't work it says error... or crash like.. it converts to classic xp style? if it converts to style xp then its a simple error to fix.. just need style xp and if you need the full version of that lemme know i can explain how to get the cracked version if you don't want the trial lol

Hmm... I'm trying this with the "Roayle Noir" theme, and something seems to be wrong. I did everything in the video, but when I use it, it just reverts to the "Windows XP Classic" theme. (the grey one). Any idea what I did wrong? T_T

yea check my description for more details you need a program called style xp "you don't have to run it or anything just install it and keep everything as is pretty much it allows windows to recognize a different theam because your edited theam windows wont be able to do anything with so it converts it to classic

dude you are the best i tried every way to do this even this one, once before. but now there is that style-xp download and it works thank you you are so cool i wanted this so bad that i tried 4 other ways and they all crashed my computer and i had to do a full system reset which made me loose a lot of my programs but this cheered my up thanks a lot XD :] :)

hey your welcome and no problem... and as far as those people who don't want a theam changing program... style xp you just have to download it.. you don't have to use anything in it what so ever... just download it so your computer will recognize that you have other theams... otherwise windows will read the edited theam as the original windows theme over the theme that you edited...

hmmm... it shouldn't do that.. did you do that to a copy of the theme or did you save it and try to edit the theme that is currently in use.. because it wont let you change the file name of the theme if its the one currently in use.. you must make a copy of the theme and just edit the copy not the one in use...

oh because your opening the wrong folder... try opening the Luna file "outside the folder" not IN the folder... with notepad... one will be all in jibberish... and the other you will be able to understand... but the correct one to edit is the one "OUTSIDE" the folder that you renamed... from LUNA...

which last thing? all you do for the last thing is swich your theam... right click on the desk top... click properties... make sure you have the theams tab selected, then click the drop box with all the theams in it... go to the bottom of the list select "browse" go to my computer local disk c:... windows, resources, theams, and then find the theam you just put back into that folder dont go inside your folder you edited as well... select the one that you pasted outside of the folder
