I believe it was a creation of the band. The way it is "scratched" in on intro and mid way... fantastic piece. They blended it well Portishead

This sample is awesome, but it turns out it was a fake sample created by the band. that makes it even more awesome, or sad if you wanted to buy more music by this fake band :)
