I am 5'2 and before I got pregnant I weight 80lbs and I am really really skinny. my waist line is 23 and my hips is 26/27. So I don't believe you are only 29 lbs.

Your height matters as well. Like if your 5'6 then 140 would be pretty normal. However if your only 5'2 or less you should try to lose some weight. Also your bone structure can make your weight vary because bones weigh too! Try looking up BMI, waist to hip ratios, & Large, medium or small bone structure. & see which you qualify for.;]
