@zcglass Now that I think about it me too however when I first saw this video it made me think of my ex b/f..he has a better relationship with his tv then he ever did w/ me..sad but true...no really though I can laugh about it now..I was constantly trying to get his attention like this guys wife..bahaha
IN the sunner of 84 I was driving home to West Virginia from Texas I kept hearing this song . The lyrics were so fitting so why did they put it to such a stupid video . At any rate Alan Parson still rules!
The words of this song give me hope that there new and exciting opportunities await me and just because I can't see them ahead and I am seemingly stuck in an endless montonous routine, doesn't mean that a fresh meaningful life does lie ahead.
I'm sorry but the video is totally wrong for this unbelieveably wonderful song. This is one of my favorite Alan Parsons Project songs and you kind of ruined it!
A lighter than air ship casts a long shadow upon the ground at the beginning of the 20th century. A man gazes at his pocket watch. A train leaves Waterloo Station in London circa 1900. An adventurer sets out on a solo sail around the globe -- the mariner uses the stars to guide him. An interstellar ship pulls away from a deep space station (a magnificent nebula in the background). And then, the final journey..."You'll know where you are"-- Heaven -- Christ embraces us as He says, "Welcome home."
Thats because what you are seeing is the video of the song "Lets talk aboout me", I dont know if "days are numbers" have a video. excellent song anyway.
To me, the lyrics are more about the traveller who takes the great journey of life. I feel this video, although relevant, doesn't do the song justice.
this song is about a life journey..always imagined a Columbus, a desert nomad, a space traveller, some guy who never gets there and when not in motion he is dissatisfied..belonging nowhere that kind of thing... this video is just funny. Its like a kareoke crappy vid. I love it.
If she'd of taken that mallet to his head instead of the fuse box, I bet he'd pay attention to her looking up from his guerney in the E.R. Hey, where can I find "Day After Day" by TAPP? I've got that album here somewhere - got through college, but it's a bit scratchy!
Excelente canción, interpretada por uno de los mejores grupos conceptuales de los 80's, la he escuchado desde esa época y su sonido permanece vigente y actual.
I have always loved this song, that's not the actual video for this song is it? Hope not, it's bad! Probably wasn't one as it would have been pre-MTV, I believe?
I don't get it. I've loved this song for years, but I never saw this video with it. It's completely irrelevant to the song. Didn't Alan Parsons Project feel like this song deserved its own video, instead of a replay from "Let's Talk About Me"?
