@DVoFame thats because he is married and is already set up, the creatures dont mind moving to denver. also kootra may be bossy at times but thats only so the creatures get things done. he is just as valuable as any other creature. the creatures atm are in perfect balance, they may be loud but thats what the others like em for. there is no need to complain about them as though something is going to be done about it because the ones who do complain about any one or two of them are in the minority

@DVoFame and since i went off your question ill answer it now, there are no obvious sacrifices he makes but thats only for moving he may end up not spending much time at all with monica because he is sorting out all of the other creatures and helping them organise, i dont know the specifics but kootra is taking the others into his life and he will end up doing work for them helping them out because HE IS A FRIEND. no one moves to a job that pays a little bit more than you already make

@HustlerByDayAndNight I will give you one more piece of information so maybe you can grip reality......Kootra signed for ownership of a house, HIM ALONE....This house has enough bedrooms for 6 people at least...That is a HUGE house...The other creatures are paying KOOTRA rent, which is basically the payments...So therefore when they move out, KOOTRA gets full possession of a house, which in a good market with that any bedrooms will be worth at least 500k....Basically Kootra makes a killing
