What tires were you running? It seems to me that there was a lot of grip, more than I'd expect from Dunlop Vintage tires (or whatever the historics run on nowadays).
I refered to the first part of the race with the Porsche and Beetle which haven engines of 2700 cc. Ok, you find it boring but you are ,so i can see the only one so who does the blah,blah ! Thumbs down for you ! Good luck .
Never seen such a fast Beetle !! A 911/2400 engine can push hard indeed but the car had quite a good set up in cornering too,with a 200 hp on the rear axle =
God knows what that bloody VW Beetle has in it! This Alfa is quick, and that VW is blowing it off in a straight line, where as it would normally be the other way around

The Driver is Dieter Karl Anton in his quick GTA 1600 (FIA K historic ) its really a1600!!
The VW bug have a engine with over 2.5l but i think it was not a Porsche engine
