  • Despite of being a believer myself, I see Nietszche as an extraordinary person and his philosophy has much to teach us.

  • What's the music ?

  • @DrellaDel

It is Bach's Prelude No.14 in F-sharp major, BWV 859. I believe it is played by Rosalyn Tureck. Glenn Gould played it much faster...

  • @zhiopm Thanks man, I really appreciate it. Wonderful music.

  • @DrellaDel

Your welcome! Yes, Bach is great and so Nietzsche. Both together a dangerous mix ;-)

  • I hope people remember not to follow Nietzsche blindly, you know, "herd mentality". Nietzsche says not to follow people blindly.

  • @FeelingFreshSon Most of Nietzsche's so-called "followers" today tend to be doing so as a trend, in the same vein of the hipster trends. Ridiculous that they ignore the majority of his philosophy to do one of the things he most abhorred - conform to the herd.

  • @lyon1535

Exactly! Ayn Rand has the same problem...well I dunno Ayn Rand kind of brought it upon herself. She says "think for yourself"...which is to say "think what I'm thinking". But as for Nietzsche it's very hard to truly understand where he was coming from. He had a lot of "problems", most of which he brought upon himself, i.e. the antichrist. I don't want to be a disciple of Nietzsche though. Too difficult for me at the moment.

  • Nietzsche was a mystic. Schopenhauer was influenced by Vyasa. He knew he was going to become still: "I will only believe in a God that knows how to Dance" HA HA HA HA HA HA HA. Thank God he did not reveal everything. And to those who knew, he simply reminded.

  • أبوك يالشنب

  • 30 seconds and he smiles a little inside.

Maybe God is not dead. And Nietzsche is close.

  • "God is dead. He remains dead. And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves us murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe the blood off of us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What sacred games must we invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?" F. N.. . . . . . . . . . . Z

  • UNIVERSITY FRIEDRICH NIETZSCHE facebook.com/pages/UNIVERSIDAD-FEDERICO-NIETZSCHE/253747818002815#

  • Behold the homosexual.

  • Think about the hardest you've ever thought...did it hurt? Nietzsche probably did that all the time. THAT'S what made him great. Not this nonsense of "iq of x"...the man pushed himself to be a better human being. Everyone can do that! But nooooooooo, you people are getting into arguments on youtube.

  • God is dead (signed: Nietzsche)

Nietzsche is dead (signed: a guy...)

  • could do well too listen too this he was a geinuis

  • Nietzsche wrongly believed he was descended from polish aristocracy. This explains his philosophy.

  • 'Eis o Homem'... Você superou a maioria dos seres humanos Grande Mestre, ficará para sempre na memória das gerações.

  • When Nietzsche does philosophy he doesn't ask the universe why it exists, the universe asks Nietzsche why he exists...

  • Ecce Homo.

  • These are only photos with some little tricks.

  • 1- How was this recorded in late 1890s

2- this piece belongs to whom, Bach?

  • And what's more: I happen to have an IQ of over 165 and am a philosopher myself. You not only dare to call me an idot, but a f.....g idiot even?? You are such an unbelieveable rude, hostile, agressive and anti-social creature.. People like you are a pest of society, and useually end up as criminals... How dare you to call a perfect stranger, from which you do not know the first thing about, call a f.....g idiot?? Because he makes a slip of the finger with the "s" and "z" close to each other!!

  • @Bernard5323 Haha! IQ of over 165?? You did your test on google or something...

  • @Bernard5323 Your IQ just isn't of 165. Sorry.

  • @Bernard5323 "People who boast about their IQ are losers." - Stephen Hawking

  • What crap... Time to stop worship idols from the past???? There were more people in the past then at present, and there were many great persons, like Nietzsche, Stop thinking about them?? Time that more people learn about them and realise what some people from the past did, learn how to repsect the great souls of the past, they still achieved more than many of us today, Nietzsche died insane because he suffered too much ! Great people should never be forgotten!! What arrogance!!

  • @Bernard5323 Realize is whit a z, fucking idiot.

  • @joorgeee22 Excuse me, you son of a bitch, moron, bastard, rude imbecile, I am Dutch, sometimes it may just happen I make an error. My English and American friends all admire my knowledge of the language and it rarely happens I make a mistake. So, now I wonder how well you'll do in Dutch, German, French, Latin... ? Shall we compare? I also wonder what is bugging you. What is such a swine doing on a page about Nietzsche anyway? Trauamatised about something? Your braintransplant went wrong? .l..

  • Comment removed

  • @Bernard5323 And people who, just to feel confortable, have an image of themselves only based in their own subjectivity, like believing the're fucking philosophers or super-intelligent for speaking English being Dutch, usually end up being disgustingly mediocre people.

  • @joorgeee22 It's with not whit you morron. He speak dutch, he wrote a whole paragraph with only one mistake. You're english and you can't write a sentence without a mistake. Look at yourself before you call people idiot. (I'm french so if I made a mistake just shut the fuck up and accept it.)

  • God is dead and Nietzsche too. It's time to learn to stop worshiping idols of the past, inexistent beens, because when we do we don't admire someone alive, someone real. Do not let die greatest thinkers in anonymity, but above all let us think for ourselves.

  • Happy birthday Nietzsche!

  • The sad thing is the guy died with syphus of the brain.. He went insane with a sexualy transmitted disease..... If he had just kept the basic premises of the Bible he would have had a better life... and that after all is the purpose of debating religion... to find what is the way to true happyness...

  • @suedee7x7 He had sex with ONE person in his life (probably). One person, one time. He just got extremely unlucky. If Nietzsche had followed Biblical principles, he may have lived longer but he would not be remembered today. Don't judge Nietzsche without knowing the details.

  • @MEGAexistentialist You're making that up.

  • I wish him living at our times.

  • His sister elisabeth re edited his philosophy to be used by Hitler, people often misintepret Nietszche as a Nazi philosopher when in fact it was Elisabeth, Hitler and the Nazi's who misinterpreted his philosophy.

  • Dieu est mort ( signé Nietzsche )

Nietzsche est mort ( signé Dieu )

  • @SuperRzig : nietzsche lives forever in his books. God died when his book lost relevance. your statement is stupid, although i realize it was merely an attempt to be funny..

  • bizarre

  • Nietzsche was incapable of the mundane, everything from him had to be thunder n lightning

  • as a nihilist i feel indifferent to this

  • nietzsche bester mann

  • Can anyone translate to me what was written at the end of the video

  • @Vpopov81 - Free from what? What does it matter to Zarathustra? But your eyes should tell me clearly: Free for what?

  • Nietzsche was a paper gangster OSHO was a real one

  • @Vpopov81 compared to Nietzshe Osho is nothing

  • @giojiu you are right.i ve read a lot of nietzsche and i admire him.he was a brilliant mind.i think that all these with chinese philosophers and generally eastern people of knowledge is not serious.only the western philosophy is something which someone has got to study seriously.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @travelwarren Osho and this kind of gurus or teachers aren`t even worth mentioning alongside with the world famous thinkers ,who had made an immeasurable influence on the whole mankind.

  • @giojiuyes my friend,i told you before also that i agree with you.i said that i admire nietzsche so much and i ve also read almost 7 8 books of him.

  • Απάντηση σε αυτό το βίντεο... i think also that the book othe most importance of him was the genealogy of the ethics.it was written,i suppose,in 1887 or 88.it was the second or third book of friedrich that i read and i enjoyed it so much.additionally the first book i read was the birth of tragedy, which ,i remember by the way,was i gift to his friend wagner at that time.you surely know that they were friends this period.

  • @travelwarren you know it is such a difficult subject to discuss over the net,and especially when you have 500 characters at your disposal.i think that most influential book of Nietzshe is "thus spoke zaratustra" it is my personal idea.and i t isn`t only about reading it . every one should measure his every single word , think about them, because these are not ordinary words, they change human`s lives.

    :

  • @Vpopov81 oh come ooon! who knows osho and who can admit that he exist in a good place between the best men of knowledge??ok,personally,i don t like eastern philosophy so much.

  • NIETZSCHE ES MI DIOS

  • Onward and upward!

  • the greatest philosopher of all times

  • One of the most brilliant men in history, along with Spinoza.

  • "No act of violence, rape, exploitation, destruction, is intrinsically "unjust," since life itself is violent, rapacious, exploitative, and destructive and cannot be conceived otherwise."- Friedrich Nietzsche

  • I believe that the best philosophers are mad or they end up that way. That's why they see things so radically different from common folks

  • He is a total retard, who deserves no respect but disgust

  • @Plautus123 eat shit

  • He is a retard

  • @kutkinderen haha no .. you are ^^

  • @Audi0Phil No you both are ;-\)

  • es triste ver triste ver al primer hombre que reemplazo a la vida como tragedia por algo positivo y jovial, es desalentador. fucking sifilis

  • Poor Friedrich, he was exhibited like an animal by his sister in that house during the last years of his life while he had dementia

  • he is Zarathustra ..... the madness!!! :)

  • 88

  • @AbjectBlitz Idiot.

  • If this is in fact the real Friedrich Nietzsche on film during his 'last days', then we are witnessing true history. A brilliant man being filmed in the late 1800's is awe inspiring and leaves you with a chill in your spine as you're witnessing such greatness spanning over 100 years.

Oh, wait, you people are 'debating' religion and such things. Nevermind.

  • ....was nichtssagender FIRLFANZ

    Woran geilen sich die Youtube-Killed the Radio-Star-Idioten auf....., daran....dass sie keine Philosophen lesen können? :-).... :.)...... :.) ..... :-)

  • imagine how this man could have ended up, if he only didnt rejected God...

  • GOD is dead.

  • does any one can tell me which music is playing in this video?

  • It's a real shame that people spend so much of their lives debating and discussing religion, our institutions money, lust etc. Wake the fuck up. We are on this earth for what? 80 years if we are lucky? That amount of time is not even a blink in the history of the universe. Just live your lives. Love the ones who do good by you. Try and be a good person not because of some fake god who is watching you but because we are all human and are in this together.

  • @stomperfood It remains me Ludwig Feuerbach.

  • @stomperfood That's the same thing as Nietzsche said... :)

  • @stomperfood Your last sentence is very true. Nietzsche was mad, yet he is my biggest idol.

  • @stomperfood

    Herd mentality.

    Enought said.

  • @stomperfood why didn't i think of that? let's just FORGET human nature and our instincts, and live the moment:X. you have truly enlightened me :X. thanx

  • @stomperfood you are absolute right my friend.i agree with that also.the last sentence especially.we ve got to prove that we deserve the title of the greatness of this special kind on the earth.we are so special and i m sure that the everyday doing of human being confirm this word.''special''.

  • @stomperfood well said!

  • @stomperfood Well it's kind of important to debate religion since religion is what controls the whole fucking world.

  • @stomperfood Ditto that!

  • menschliche allzu menschlichen.immer junger von dionysos

  • human all too human, forever disciple of dionysus

  • humano demasiado humano, por siempre discipulo de dionisos

  • I dont think these photos are actually of him. the nose doesnt match his.

  • niçede siki tutmuş yaşlanınca allah kimseyi kimseye muhtaç etmesin

  • @Cocainel

    What did a do there?

  • These are videos of Nietzche as he was slowly slipping into dimentia.

  • He seems sleepy

  • i want to watch him eat pie

  • i know i should be thinking how brilliant his mind was, and how excellent 'beyond good and evil' was, but all i could think was '....that is some bitchin' facial hair!'

  • My inspiration, a beautiful and amazing mind. R.I.P my love x

  • good night friend

  • He predicted the decadence we see today lest Christianity continued its precedence over a new eugenic path toward the "superman". There is maybe still time for revolution.

  • Look, say what you will about his politics or philosophy. But surely everyone MUST agree that that is one boss mustache!

  • Dias de Nietzsche em Turim [2001]

Unfortunately, this movie is infamous in one respect: with its deft manipulation of Hans Olde's still photos from 1889, it created another internet legend about Nietzsche. It's not actual film footage of the incapacitated philosopher.

  • He's in "heaven" here. good thing it was just a few years and not decades

  • Nietzsch, qué viste en el momento mudo de tu historia?, qué te dejó callado "gozando de tu espíritu y tu soledad sin cansarse"? hacia donde fuiste para no volver? Quiero que vuelvas para que hagas creación con tu destrucción.

  • looks like hes on his dying bed

  • oh! I can only see! There the base of my Self... like a female thats lays in waiting wanting a fresh start without a fetus in the belly of.... Irony at its finest...

  • he looks mentally unstable?

  • Every time i read he's books i find something new.. This is what i can really call "Affirmation" or maybe it is just opening my eyes?..

PS Is this Bach's music playing in this Video? Can someone tell me? :)

  • @mosadi85

    yes, it is bach

  • @mosadi85 it sounds like the well-tempered clavier, but i'm not a specialist of the baroque music and Bach

  • Ah. The Supra-Caucasoid Nietzsche. The Descendant of Butchers.

  • I wonder how much she was paid for this

  • A great mustache for an even greater mind.

  • Nietzsche was an idiot (or shall I say "buffoon"? [Ecce Homo]), and typical of an average human, idiots rule. Hey dude, yer dead now! Waddaya think of it?

  • that is SAD! how Elisabeth used him, and distorted his writings...

  • @ecal80 i think ecce homo means 'behold the man' i can be wrong lol im not a good latin interpreter...

  • I love Nietzsche's prose. Out of all the philosopher's I've read, Nietzsche, Kierkegaard, and Cioran are the best stylists imo. Thomas Carlyle was also a great stylist, once you adapt to the eccentric "Carlylese". Don't know if he's considered a philosopher, but he had made criticisms of the basis of Utilitarianism that would probably resonate with Nietzsche lovers too.

  • All those that say he was the man behind the Nazis have no idea of his philosophy, especially regarding the Superhuman. That concept is applied to a very short ranged of people that have the capabilities to lead "the herds".It does NOT refer to a wide range of people. Not to mention, he didn't see the germans in a very positive light.

  • @TatooineBoy His sister is also to blaim who was a supporter of the Nazis and attempted to form an Aryan colony with her husband. The Will to Power has been considered essentially a forgery by his sister to support her own ideals that Nietzsche despised.

  • The great son of Zarathustra..!

  • prophet of too far future

  • the grand master.

  • besides,in greek(i m a greek man coming from greece) the word truth comes from a and forget, which means that the truth for everyone is inside himself and not in politcal and economical systems.

  • well, all these arguments i read are a pair of shits.no system can exist which makes all happy and generally satisfied.i believe that we must see inside ourselves so as to find the truth, which satisfy everyone himself.

  • Nietzsche war der Übermensch. For the Übermensch to ever be possible on a global scale capitalism and government need be destroyed.

  • @AWAK3NEDM1ND The thing is that Nietzsche was against anarchism.

  • The only poet i love

  • parece a abertura do chaves!

  • Wow, this video really captures his energy and charisma lol

  • Bébé moustachu écoute Led Zepplin.

  • i dont believe i have seen nietzsches video

  • de quien es la musica?

  • OMG :(

he looks like a crazy man

    soo pooor :(

  • clever but fake.

  • HE HAD THE VISION OF THE SUPERHUMAN ....THAT FIRST THE ANCIENT GREEKS HAD.....THE BIGGEST PHILOSHOPHER FROM PLATOS DEATH UNTIL NOW...

    HAIL NIETZSCHE

  • @88Pakis You are just one dumb-crazy fuck.

  • @88Pakis Well, he certainly had some interesting thoughts on human emotions and the soul... Still, his anti-semetic sentiments were garbage, eventhough I can see how someone with his history and relatives can come to those conclusions. Well, at least he gave up those beliefs before he died... Never too late for redemption I suppose...

  • @88Pakis u don't know much about Nietzsche, do you? he hated Plato...

  • @stockfischlorenz yes,he did.and well done my friend that you spoke about that.it s a tru story.

  • He had vision of superhuman, but people rather believe in capitalism, which makes us nothing but a trained monkeys.

  • @DictatorRoB oh, and capitilism is bad? communist.

  • @tomcatvelociraraptor

No it's perfect. Now could system of few rich people, who owns everything, and majority living as their slaves, be wrong?

For your information, I am pround Fascist, and I laugh at every capitalist's death.

  • @DictatorRoB u serious if so, facists are stupid cus they can't spell proud. so shut up if u r facist, adolf.

  • @DictatorRoB Fascism is the marriage of government and business. It's capitalism on steroids.Get your shit straight. If anything you actually put up on here is true and you actually believe it,then you're a communist.Regardless,I can see why you would hate a purely capitalist system. You'd probably hate a purely socialist system just as much."Pure" systems like that don't exist. All economic systems are mixed, so every system contains both socialism and capitalism. It's not just black and white.

  • @DictatorRoB "The state is the coldest of all cold monsters. Coldly it lies, too; and this lie creeps from its mouth: `I, the state, am the people.'... Everything about it is false; it bites with stolen teeth. " - Friedrich Nietzsche

  • @AtheistAltar

I believe he meant capitalistic state, the one which pretents to be peak of humanity, but is rotten in reality. I can only agree with Nietzsche.

  • @DictatorRoB true

  • @esraretin

Thanx. And therefore, we MUST hang all capitalists!

It's duty we were given by nature to establish highest standarts for living for us.

  • @DictatorRoB i wish but they re so strong if ur country has no culture like south america its hard because they re so strong and we re so stupid

  • @DictatorRoBAnd how do you justify this duty? Did you hear a voice in your head whisper to you, saying you should kill anyone with different beliefs?Or do you actually have some rationalle behind your sentiments? Are you schizofrenic or on a philosophical level beyond current human understanding?I think you're just spouting memorized quips with no thinking behind them in order to cover your very lack of rationalle. And if you actually believe you're right, you're suffering from Dunning-Kruger.

  • @DictatorRoB Does it now? Well, perhaps I'll see you at the zoo then. And you know what's hillarious about your comment? In your channel you claim you're a fascist and yet you speak out against capitalism... Seems to me like someone needs to brush up on their history and their political theory... Next time you approach a computer with a connection to the Internet, at least Google the titles you give your "beliefs" so that you don't make a fool of yourself in front of thousands of people, okay?

  • Comment removed

  • in relativity theory book einstein says something like''i hope u ll enjoy the book.''

and people take nietzsches books seriously.there s no equations, axioms.and he wanted his books to be taken seriously.(broken english but i guess u got it and my words are so important read carefully be serious :))

  • @esraretin R U dumb ? Since when philosophy books have equations ?

  • @PassionOfLifee i dont think im dumb but i have really big problem definitely

  • @DictatorRoB Communism or Capitalism are bad. They're both economic monopolies. The only difference is the former is government monopoly, the latter is private monopoly. Jews seem to be connected to both.

  • @EdMahoney19 The so-called “third way” is nothing but a bloody detour which leads right back to capitalism.

  • @EdMahoney19 Yes. And Nietzsche wasn't the lover of the Jews like the moderns suggest, he was anti-Christian because it was a Jewish derived religion, though certainly admired the Jews for their power of influence, but knew them as perverters of humanity.

  • Is this fact? I've heard both sides of the Nietzche religious conflict, apart from his sister, heir to the Nietzche collection, that published what she chose relevant.

  • @doublej706 It's an obvious sentiment throughout much of the "The Anti-Christ", it's improbable his sister could have done much to make him seem more antisemitic. I'm antisemitic myself, so most would consider what I have to say biased; the truth is there's probably no one more biased than the sheeple pro-Jew lemming today.

Nietzsche said that Christian man is "the ultimate Jewish consequence." How anyone could take such statements as pro-Jewish is beyond me.

  • But he also called them (the jewish priests) exceptionally crafty, meticulously deliberate, etc. He said "love your enemies, but also hate your friends" Well I think he did have love for the jewish race and the jewish priests, insofar as he saw them as a "higher type" of people (sure in a cancerous way, but nevertheless he did have some level of admiration for their cunning, and in a way they even "created their own values" and put themselves (and their god) high up above the rest of humanity)

  • @mikeisapro I agree and know exactly your references in his writings. He 'loved' Jews in the same way Patton highly respected the Germans for their incredible wartime valiance. Conversly, Nietzsche plainly hated Christians for their inherent weaknesses. It suffices to add that Hitler referred to Jews at times similarly as Nietzsche. If they were not strong willed, intelligent people they obviously would not be such an effective enemy.

  • @jakestep17

Nietzsche did not love Jews. You obviously have been reading a bit too much of the commentaries of that kike Kaufmann.

Do yourself a favor if you only speak English, and get The Complete Works.

It won't be before you finish Volume V (that's 5 for you modern academia liberal aka Jewish indoctrinees of the state propaganda) before you realize he was no friend of the Jews attitudes toward life.

Rome vs. Judea..... That parasitic group of homeless wanderers..... etc.....

  • @Baseliner that's why I put quotations around 'loved'. I know he didn't, I was referencing the reason he, in a way, respected the Jews' "will to power". I'll definitely look into "The Completed Works". Thanks.

  • @Baseliner One his best friends Paul Ree was Jewish. In Beyond Good and Evil he says this "The Jews, however, are beyond all doubt the strongest, toughest, and purest race at present living in Europe." Sorry pal.

  • @mikeisapro I share with Nietzsche much of the same viewpoint concerning Jews, though personally think he looked upon them too emulatively, as if strong willed non-Jews ought copy their means to supremacy; war mongering and all. That's the sentiment I've picked up, anyway, I could be off; I've yet to read all of Nietzsche's writings.

  • @doublej706 His hatred for the Germans and Christianity conveniently translates to the commoner today as "he was definitely not antisemitic".

However, he hated the Germans mostly because they had subdued the Western pagan rise (Renaissance), and hated Christianity because it was a backward Jewish-originated religion! lol

All sentiments that had inspired a new Aryan rise, ironically, lead by the Germans! who in my personal theory were perhaps unconsciously atoning for disallowing it before.

  • @DictatorRoB

    Ha...

Look at Government Education - talk about trained monkeys...and far from Capitalism.
