Heres a fact about this poor excuse for an officer.Officer pawlowski responded to a shoplifting call,when he got there he took a suspect into custody for shoplifting or retail theft.The officer claims that he tried to run so he smacked him over the head with his 15 pound mag-lite resulting in the shoplifter being brain dead and later taken off life support..
So i ask you ??,is shoplifting a death penalty case..The guy stayed in the supermarket till police arrived so why would he resist.??

Yes,i know i live in philly this was an incident that occureed weeks prior to his death..Pawloski smacked him mwith na flashlight,a shoplifter and the suspect later died and was crain dead..The guy didnt kill him another guy killed him weeks later but im saying pawlowski killed someone,murdered someone..Karmas a bitch and god works in mysterious great ways.That guy wasnt gona get justice on earth.RIP CHARLIE..I miss you man you didnt deserve what happened to you.
