@balmesh yeah, been a bit of a hectic harvest. never normally seems this busy;) i've been off work for a few days... was in London on wednesday, and today and yesterday ive been stuck in the house cos i fell over running for my train and have somehow sprained both ankles and a knee.... might do some editting/uploading today.. get back into it:)
London is bad news! I worked there for 3 years and commuted from Maidenhead and was SO glad when the time was over. You'll have to run harvest from a wheelchair - can I come and video you?
@balmesh harvest officially finished yesterday except for some real late OSR that we might be cutting on christmas day ;) i havent been down to the capital for quite some time, and I went down on my own to meet a friend down there to go watch a concert with on the evening. i really enjoyed it, I saw everything down there, although because i only had my flipcam and phone, my videos were limited. I've started to upload some harvest videos today.
Different vid it's a good country it looks amazing! True story: A man went to a pub every Saturday night, he will bring this one cow every time. When he go drunk and he had Enough he went out of the pub and got on the cow and the cow walked him home :)
Great. A good camera - I think "desjack" has one of those. Keeping steady is important. When I have time to think, I face the way the machine is going out of the picture, keep my feet steady while I turn to face the machine coming into the picture. Then you don't have to move your legs at all and can do a 180 degree turn. I look forward to seeing your new videos.
Anther excellent video, i worked for a farm once who also let his cows walk through the river Avon, but he would simply open the gate from the field and the gate to the collecting yard and the cows would walk in by them selfs!
Lovely video, Alan! been a bit busy of late, so its nice to see something like this when i finally have the chance to sit at a computer :)

True story - all the farmers in the old days went to market on the horse. Coming home, after a few drinks, the horse brought him home!

Great video. Love seeing the cows in a great environment enjoying themselves. Reminds me of my past.
