Actually, that is shin akuma. He's just from Street fighter alpha 3. There are about 4 or 5 different shin akumas. The one you're talkin about is from the capcomvsSNK series. There's also a mech akuma from marvel vs series and shin akuma from some other sf games. Their colors vary.
