Well , as per the language in the video is neutral , which can be understood by every one, not by certain section, There are many videos on the web, with a heavy north american accent which are rarely understood, the attempt is to keep it simple for every one to understand my dear friend.

The advice in the video is for learners who are at a very basic level, and can't speak well , although they can write and read english well! I agree that learning grammar to speak is certainly not essential , but if you want to write correct correct English you need to learn Grammar. That what the host of the video is saying.

I am sure you didn't learn spanish with learning grammar, There are many languages in the world which are only spoken , and not written at all,

This is the dumbest advice. Knowing grammar is not essential for a native speaker to understand, but knowing grammar is essential for learning a language. If you do not learn grammar, you can easily misunderstand what someone is saying to you. Over time you will develop a bad habit of saying the wrong thing. I am an native English speaker and I fluently speak Spanish as I lived in Chile for 1.5 years. This guy does not know what he is talking about and cannot communicate in English well!
