This cop was acquitted but the explanation makes no sense to me. "The defense argued that although the video shows Rios using brute force to arrest the man, Holloway had exchanged words with the officer and his body language suggested that he posed a threat." and "Rios using a lot of force, but said it was a “textbook” case of police using force to subdue an unruly man. The judge ordered that Rios be reinstated with back pay." huh? Posed a threat? Unruly? That describes the cop not Holloway.
