heh! Microsoft could have Yahoo at anytime it wants but they are trying to make it seem like they aren't going to make a play for it. But i'm telling you rushringleader, it's going to happen. :)

im so gettin a storm tho i sadly i have to wait until saturday to get one due ot the fact that my contract is able to renew sat and not tomorrow... one day... just one day extra and they might all be gone... those bastards lol... ive been watchin the storm since like aug.. cant wait and i will be posting a video hopefully about the unboxing of the storm lol

You are right about laws being there for killing off all competition but yahoo and ms combining their web operations really would make for BETTER competition since Google is 80%+ of the search market so for in this case it would be OK.

I can't get a review unit is what I am talking about. I could go buy one tomorrow just like everyone out but VZW has been hard to deal with in getting review units of anything. :)
$200 after 2yr contract + $50 m.i.r. I'm not sure on w/o contract pricing probably around $400-500.
