there're a lot I agree with in the context of this discussion... my lifestyle is pretty natural too.

like... I drink 1.5~2.0Litter of water a day. (bottled mineral water is better..) It's good to drink a glass of water when you're hungry and before going to bed, and after waking up.

and a lot of food I eat is vegies... I'm just not attracted to meat that much...dunno why..
