ive never boxed a day in my life, but in martial arts we work on turning our hands over. And his guard drops after every punch. like I said, not sure if thats something that needs work.
@ken162008 Not always in training. One of the purposes in training is to develop muscle memory, so that combinations can be thrown without thought. Because you sometimes don't have enough time to think. This guy is clearly still developing (as he points out above), and creating muscle memory for punching is done by repetition (as it is for all physical activities). Mixing it up more is a different drill for a different purpose.
@MADMAC572 Dude Idk about that lol agree with you on some points but nooooo. lol all I have to say he need more pracitce before he steps in the ring.Trust me I have Been a coach for more than 30 year so I know.
@ken162008 Yes he does. He knows that though. He said so. He needs to work on cleaning up his footwork, he throws too many arm punches, as you pointed out he'll need to work on changing up his punches, his chin is still too high. But I didn't feel a need to point these things out as he himself said he's still learning, he has a trainer already to teach him, and he doesn't indicate an intention to fight soon.
Coach needs to make sure he's bringing his guard back; also the fighter knows how to bob, but he never weaves. Just bobbing up and down wont do it. You have to mix in the weave underneath hooks, then counter. The coach should correct his every mistake so it wont continue in the future..
keep your chin down dude, and try to put your legs behind the punches for power, not tryin to hate but you need work son

The coach holds those mitts too wide and too far out. The fighter crosses his feet non stop.
