Looks fantastic! How about freezing? Cook then freeze or freeze the reheat?

You'd want to assemble the lasagna then freeze it. When ready to eat, cook in oven until done.

Bolognese Sauce = 3 hours

Pasta = 30 minutes

Bechamel = 10 minutes

Ricotta Cheese - 10 minutes
