Adam also mentioned/explained in an interview that when he was performing for the AMA's that they did a live feed so the people watching on television hear what was being fed into the microphone - and he said "that isn't good for anybody" and it needs an echo (or something like that)- and that it was hard to breathe - and just a difficult number in general on top of the adrenalin. I loved his performance - I get more worried for him when the sound isn't right..that night it wasn't the greatest
Oh what a voice and what a beautiful man he is both physically and as a human being. God I love him. I am so crazy for his album, every single song. His vocals were perfection this morning and OMG!! he sang WWFM on Letterman and he just blew me away. Even Dave seemed impressed. His AMA performance was pure theater and I loved it. He just makes me want to listen to music again,

A much subdued Adam from AMA--maybe due to having his Mom along and all the fallout. Adam has the voice, look, and personality. What does he need with raunchy antics? Take a cue from Queen, Adam: stay true to yourself, be classy and intelligent during interviews, write and perform killer songs, and rock the stage in concert where people pay for, and expect, raunch as part of the entertainment. You still need to "play the game" as you did on AI.

Although I was not thrilled with Adams performance, I am glad that he didn't whimp out and apologize. Since Elvis was sensored on national TV back in the 50's, from the waist down, for swiveling his hips, everything pretty much changed. Then it was Michael Jackson, Madonna, etc. They are all beyond successful for their talent. You can't take that away from him either. I think he is great, and people will forgive him and love him.

Adam also mentioned/explained in an interview that when he was performing for the AMA's that they did a live feed so the people watching on television hear what was being fed into the microphone - and he said "that isn't good for anybody" and it needs an echo (or something like that)- and that it was hard to breathe - and just a difficult number in general on top of the adrenalin. I loved his performance - I get more worried for him when the sound isn't right..that night it wasn't the greatest

Oh what a voice and what a beautiful man he is both physically and as a human being. God I love him. I am so crazy for his album, every single song. His vocals were perfection this morning and OMG!! he sang WWFM on Letterman and he just blew me away. Even Dave seemed impressed. His AMA performance was pure theater and I loved it. He just makes me want to listen to music again,

I'm secure in my sexuality so seeing two guys kiss is no big deal. If it were two women, all the guys would be cheering. Seems like a bunch of hypocrisy! Get real, it was a performance, he entertained..oh and where was that remote if you didn't like it? You rock Adam, I love your new CD and it was a fun performance. It's sad that people judge him on his AMA's performance when it's clear that he's hugely talented. yeah, it wasn't perfect, but it's HARD to sing when you're doing such intense physical exercise. this performance is proof that he's far more talented and in-depth than people expect, and I hope it gives some of the haters a new outlook

A much subdued Adam from AMA--maybe due to having his Mom along and all the fallout. Adam has the voice, look, and personality. What does he need with raunchy antics? Take a cue from Queen, Adam: stay true to yourself, be classy and intelligent during interviews, write and perform killer songs, and rock the stage in concert where people pay for, and expect, raunch as part of the entertainment. You still need to "play the game" as you did on AI.

it's so wierd seeing him in a small studio. his voice/style of performance especially with the larger songs like this one work better in a huge arena space where you get echo feedback. all the songs on his album are so hard to sing.

Although I was not thrilled with Adams performance, I am glad that he didn't whimp out and apologize. Since Elvis was sensored on national TV back in the 50's, from the waist down, for swiveling his hips, everything pretty much changed. Then it was Michael Jackson, Madonna, etc. They are all beyond successful for their talent. You can't take that away from him either. I think he is great, and people will forgive him and love him.
