Chiller was published as an unlicensed cart, so it wasn't subject to Nintendo of America's stringent censorship code. The arcade version of Chiller is even more disgusting than the NES port.

This is one of those games I never actually bought but I used to rent it and play it over and over again when I was a kid. It irks me that Jack Thompson is considered "far right." True right-wing types love violence because it purifies us. And video games are a perfect outlet for that. Outside the realm of video games, I actually agree with a lot of Jack's ideals, but his pansy point of view on that one subject is enough to disqualify him for the title of "far right."

Nintendo didn't allow this one: it is an unlicensed game.

The problem for such a game to be made nowadays is, its all software encryption and security, whereas in the NES it was a simple lockout chip that was "easy" to bypass. To do an unlicensed game nowadays, someone would have to crack the encryption, and considering how easy legal repercussion is nowadays, very few companies even attempt it anymore.
