Just spent 45 minutes tracking this down based on memories of a long lost compilation tape somebody made for me in the mid-nineties. It turns out the best bit (and all the clever talented stuff) is actually the work of Henry Mancini.

Well, this is a tricky one to answer. The song is included in the first edition of the album "Sacre Bleu" by Dimitri from Paris (the cd one) and is "hidden" at the end of the last track which is like an epilogue. The track goes silent for about two minutes and this music suddenly appears. So it has no title...
