I have an Attwood portable bilge that I throw overboard. Takes about 2 minutes to fill up at 250gph, and about the same to empty. Really easy to make for the use it gives you.

how do you fill/discharge the water? Seems like you could set up some sort of a diverter valve to discharge the water.
I like it...gave me a good starting point.
