George Washington warned against getting involved in 'entangling alliances'. @APolitically That was a COMPLETELY different situation! Hitler was INVADING NATIONS militarily and wanting MORE land and to take over more resources by force. Iran is not doing ANYTHING that is remotely like the agenda of Adolf Hitler's Nazi Germany. I agree, the appeasement of Hitler failed, but this is a completely different scenario. Iran is not an empire and has no ambition TO BE an empire.
