I've got awesome on the project website, then i've compiled it. The box opened is urxvt with zsh.

1. apt-get ist the default packet utility on Debian/Ubuntu/ZevenOS/etc. not on every linux system

2. command to install it on platforms mentioned under 1.) would be 'apt-get install awesome' (if you are lucky it is in the default repositories)

Except that I don't know what the video is all about. Explanations are missing, so it is quite useless.
