I have seen 2 videos of ChuGaYeoul singing this song. (Not the SuJu version)

The other video is definitely a video with his voice but it is not him in the video. An actor plays him singing.

This video also has his voice, but this person singing does not look like ChuGaYeoul either.

I have read that he sang for 15 years anonymously. But the translator garbles things a bit. Does anyone know his story?

I think he is a fantastic singer. I like his 'live concert videos' that I've found.
