Yes, the battle mode IS Saturn Exclusive. So is the Zombie Wesker enemy.

Wow, I had no idea Saturn version had added features. As far as I know this is Saturn exclusive since even Biohazard Director's Cut Dual Shoch edition doesn't have this.
