holy crap the first time i did so i felt it more then before

I did try to awaken my third eye...... I didn't know I have to go slow with it.

I did exercise for 4 days, I had a big headache the next day, I didn't know this would happen.

@joneseycc Yeah, I too got a major headache the next day, some people get it, a lot fo people get it. So don't worry about it. Just kep at it and take it slow.

ur actually a very smart man, my phycologist taught me how to do a small meditation but its nothing as deep or personal/spiritual as the ones u know!
