Where's the rest of the story? That's what I hate about watching recons on youtube, the posters never finish them. If you're not going to finish what you start, the whole thing is just a waste of time and effort.
I kept trying to do the next episode, but each time I gave up when I couldn't manage any good composites or animation for Evans shaking and hitting the vending machine. If you or anyone you know could help me out with that, it would be a great help. I'd finally be able to get this finished at last. Thanks.
@smegaroon14 I continue to be baffled about these reconstructions. How is it that the original tapes of these episodes have been erased - but the audio track and all these photos of the episode still exist? I just don't understand how all these original images and audio can be intact... where did you get the audio track? And the images? thanks!
@AnaiBendai The images were "telesnaps" taken by the production team to document the serials. The audio was actually taped on tape recorders by old fans at the time!

Have you tried CRAZY TALK program to lip-synch still pictures, it takes a bit to get it looking right, but when you do it's brilliant.

How did you get an unabridged soundtrack?

scandalous how so many great Who stories from the 60s were either wiped clean, lost or destroyed...the BBC's worst hour

This is a very impressive reconstruction. Probably the best reconstruction from stills we've seen so far!

It's been a while since I saw your previous version of this, but do I spot some additional shots of Jamie?
7:54 - "just a hunch". An interesting line to reassess if you've seen / heard / read the whole serial.

No extra Jamie shots. Just a few cleaned-up versions of some composites that I was cleaning up anyway when I was using them later in the episode.
Yes, good point about "Just a hunch." That's one reason *why* I went for a different shot for this line, to bring out the foreshadowing.
