This isn't Dena Barnes. It's a taylor-made recording created by Simon Soussan in the mid 70's dubbing over the original Duke Browner (Kadoo Strings) backing. To my knowledge it's rarely, if ever played now.
@v99nda I like it as well. It is far better than the crap instrumentals he put out around the same time. I walked out of Wigan after listening to "Bazouki northern soul". They used to clear the floor. KTF
I love this record, My mate had it on what I believed was it's original label, either way the sound quality was far supperior to the white label pressing I had. I told him to "name his price". he wouldn't part with it though,damn.

Phil i love this wasnt it the follow up to "if you ever walked out of my life" 1965 i love the duke browner version too he called it crying over you.... i prefer denas version although my mate always says you need a step ladder to get up that high!!!
