If you go to making of hancock on the dvd you will see a guy on stilts with a suit on. he looks like a monster but it was just a man in a suit. they did this for the movie idk why but they wanted to place it in the movie.
i did a frame by frame when i got the dvd, it has a power source/crest thing in it's chest, it has stilts on, but they are complex, maybe for jumping really high? i think it's a power suit. it looked like it was watching the fight, maybe a scout for something bigger. maybe even an army?
Yea...it was a guy on stilts. He was dressed in a swamp creature/monster costume. There is an article about it in I-net. Just type "hancock monster" in google, it you will find it. there is even a picture of the guy...
